We partnered with Lara from Found & Flourish as she evolved her business from a membership platform into a bold, movement-driven brand rooted in purpose, profit, and collective impact. Through full strategic repositioning, we redefined Found & Flourish as a space for founders who refuse to choose between building wealth and creating change, founders who give a sh*t.

The new identity was a natural evolution of Alice’s brand. We wanted to keep the essence of who she was but refine and polish. Extending her logo suite to feel more cohesive and sophisticated, creating structure around how she used her brand and adding in a new “hot red” colour to the palate which she adopted offline and into her wardrobe.

Alice needed to have the branding cohesive and professional across all touch points. From linkedin banners, social media templates, email signatures and deck templates. We designed a whole suite of templated assets so that her brand presence felt strong and consistent, as well as super easy for her to use.

The new identity draws inspiration from modern activism, community-led growth, and wealth redistribution, reflecting the brand’s rebellious yet deeply human voice. We also expanded Lara’s personal positioning as both founder and thought leader, integrating her mentoring, consulting, and speaking services into the core business model, opening new revenue streams and amplifying her visibility within the brand.
