THE CHALLENGE
When Stef first reached out, she had been running F*ck Being Humble for several years and had initially built her website herself. While it had served a purpose in the early days, over time the site had become a patchwork of updates without a clear structure or intentional strategy.
As her business grew, so did her audience from individuals looking for personal brand guidance to corporate clients and event organisers but the website wasn’t effectively speaking to or converting any of these groups.
Stef felt the site was underselling the full scope of her work, and she was concerned that potential clients weren’t able to easily find the information they needed to take the next step. More importantly, she felt the website wasn’t positioning her as the authority and expert in self-promotion that she had become, and that the user experience was ultimately holding the brand back from its next level of growth.

STRATEGY
Our first step was to get complete clarity on Stef’s audiences and the journeys they were taking on the site. We mapped out each core customer types and structured the site around making it easy for each of them to find exactly what they needed.
We repositioned Stef’s messaging to bring her authority, credibility, and breadth of services to the forefront, ensuring that her expertise in self-promotion was crystal clear from the outset.
Every section of the site was intentionally designed to support conversion, whether that was driving new enquiries, encouraging corporate bookings, or showcasing her media presence to build further trust.


DESIGN
The design work focused on bringing a bolder, more elevated visual identity to life that matched the confidence and impact of the F*ck Being Humble brand.
We created a design system that felt both polished and bold, using strong typography, refined layouts, and a balance of bold and playful elements that reflected the FBH tone.
The site was designed to feel intuitive to navigate, inviting users to explore more while keeping the key actions front and center. The result is a website that feels elevated, clear, and distinctly “her” a true reflection of her growth as a brand and business.
