THE BRIEF
Stef came to us at a pivotal moment: five years into building F*ck Being Humble, she was ready to step onto a bigger stage, quite literally. With a new talent agent, a growing roster of international speaking opportunities, and ambitious plans to sell more high-ticket training packages, Stef knew her DIY website no longer matched her expertise or vision.
She wanted a digital home that would do the heavy lifting. A website that positions her as a global authority, makes selling feel effortless, and fully embodies the energy of her in-person presence. Beyond just looking good, it needed to educate, convert, and confidently showcase her talks and training offerings to the world.
We also helped steph to strengthen her brand presence offline by developing a merch line that coincided with the 5th Birthday part of Fuck Being Humble and became physical brand assets that she could offer to her community.
THE CHALLENGE
A brand presence that didn’t match her global ambitions
Stef had built an incredible reputation as a speaker but her website didn’t keep up. It felt homegrown and pieced together, missing the authority and polish needed to secure bigger international stages and partnerships.
A clunky sales process that relied on her constantly "selling" herself
Stef wanted her website to shift from a passive online brochure to an active sales partner moving prospects from curiosity to booking without her needing to over-explain her value on every call.
Limited opportunities to scale and package her expertise
Stef’s previous site didn’t support her goal of selling more bundled training packages or securing larger, multi-session deals upfront. She needed a site structure that showcased these options clearly and helped prospects understand the long-term value of working with her.
STRATEGY
Our first step was to get complete clarity on Stef’s audiences and the journeys they were taking on the site. We mapped out each core customer types and structured the site around making it easy for each of them to find exactly what they needed.
We repositioned Stef’s messaging to bring her authority, credibility, and breadth of services to the forefront, ensuring that her expertise in self-promotion was crystal clear from the outset.
Every section of the site was intentionally designed to support conversion, whether that was driving new enquiries, encouraging corporate bookings, or showcasing her media presence to build further trust.
DESIGN
The design work focused on bringing a bolder, more elevated visual identity to life that matched the confidence and impact of the F*ck Being Humble brand.
We created a design system that felt both polished and bold, using strong typography, refined layouts, and a balance of bold and playful elements that reflected the FBH tone.
The site was designed to feel intuitive to navigate, inviting users to explore more while keeping the key actions front and center. The result is a website that feels elevated, clear, and distinctly “her” a true reflection of her growth as a brand and business.
