
THE BRIEF
When Lara reached out, she was on the edge of shutting down a business she’d built over nearly a decade. Burnt out, disconnected, and ready to move on, she thought her only path forward was to start something entirely new. But deep down, she knew the mission still mattered. She just couldn’t see how to reconnect with it.
What began as a conversation about ending things became the catalyst for a radical reinvention. Together, we uncovered a renewed purpose and reshaped the business from the inside out. We kept what was still aligned, stripped back what wasn’t, and made space for a clearer, more meaningful evolution. The new direction centers on supporting purpose-driven founders and bridging the gap between values and money. The goal is to empower those who want to change the world to actually thrive doing it.
This wasn’t a rebrand for the sake of aesthetics. It was a strategic reclamation of identity, clarity, and impact.

THE CHALLENGE
Total disconnect from the brand and its original mission
After eight years of running the business, the founder no longer felt connected to the brand or its direction. The values felt diluted, and the passion that once fueled the work had faded. She believed the only option was to walk away.
A belief that a new idea required starting from scratch
Like many multi-passionate founders, she felt torn between her evolving interests and her existing brand. She didn’t realize there was a way to integrate the two or that her next chapter could be built on the foundation she already had.
A brand and message that no longer reflected her or resonated with her audience
The original identity and language of the brand no longer matched the founder’s voice, vision, or values. She needed a rebrand that felt bolder, clearer, and more mission-led. Something that truly reflected who she is now and the impact she wants to make.

STRATEGY
The transformation began with a single insight: she didn’t need a new business. She needed to reimagine the one she already had. Through brand strategy work, we stripped things back to their essence, clarified the mission, and redefined who the brand is really here to serve: founders who give a sh*t.
The new direction reframed Found and Flourish as a movement, not just a community. It exists to help founders bridge the gap between purpose and profit. This isn’t about surface-level inspiration. It’s about building a meaningful brand ecosystem rooted in action, resource-sharing, and normalising ambition for values-led entrepreneurs.
We restructured the brand’s messaging, tone of voice, and business model to align with this sharper vision. Along the way, we wove in themes like founder wellbeing, economic empowerment, ethical entrepreneurship, and accessible business education.
The strategy gave the founder a way to carry forward the most aligned parts of her past, while fully stepping into the next version of her business.



DESIGN
Visually, the rebrand needed to balance activism with accessibility. It had to be bold, punchy, and opinionated, while still approachable and human.
We crafted a visual identity that feels confident and mission-led: a striking type system, an earthy but energetic color palette, and graphic elements that communicate momentum and clarity. The design language moves away from the overly soft aesthetic often found in founder communities. Instead, it embraces a look that feels more editorial, more urgent, and more aligned with the serious change this brand is here to support.
The website was redesigned to mirror this new clarity. It's stripped back, strategically structured, and full of energy. From the first scroll, it speaks directly to founders who are done with burnout and ready to build businesses that feel good and do good.
The design system now empowers the team to show up consistently while also giving them space to grow. It’s built to support events, media features, new content formats, and community expansion.
